Flat Stainless Steel Sheets

Flat stainless steel plates are made by hot rolling and cold rolling, and are mainly composed of austenitic stainless steels such as 304, 316, 310, and ferritic stainless steels such as 430.

Diversified surface treatment
Flat Stainless Steel Sheets uses advanced multi-roll cold rolling mills to achieve a uniform thickness of the sheet and uses automated polishing lines and wire drawing equipment for surface treatment to form a variety of finishing effects such as NO.1, 2B, and 8K mirrors. The 8K mirror has high reflectivity and is suitable for decorative purposes; the wire drawing surface improves scratch resistance and is suitable for frequent contact occasions.

Excellent corrosion resistance
The stainless steel sheet contains ≥16% chromium, and the alloy elements are evenly distributed through solid solution heat treatment equipment to form a dense and stable chromium oxide protective film, which has a corrosion resistance time of more than 1,000 hours in salt spray.

High strength
Using high-temperature continuous annealing equipment to uniformly heat and combine with the rapid cooling process to adjust the austenite crystal structure, the tensile strength of the material is increased to 515-620 MPa, and the yield strength is 205-310 MPa, ensuring that the sheet does not deform under high load conditions.

High-dimensional accuracy
Automated leveling and CNC cutting equipment ensure that the dimensional error of Flat Stainless Steel Sheets is controlled within ±0.5mm, and the flatness is better than 3mm/m, meeting the needs of industrial assembly.
