After hot rolling, the grain structure of the steel is more compact and uniform, which enhances the strength and durability of the steel; after hot rolling, the low-carbon steel gradually cools down, maintaining the inherent stability of the material, and is not easy to deform or break under load; the cold rolling process can obtain a relatively smooth and flat surface, improve the appearance quality of the steel, and reduce the need for subsequent surface treatment; through cold rolling deformation, the grain structure of the angle steel is more compact, which is conducive to improving strength and hardness.

 

Good weldability
Black Steel Angles are made of low-carbon steel with a low carbon content (generally between 0.05% and 0.25%), which reduces the risk of cracks and embrittlement during welding and makes the weld stronger; the material structure of low-carbon steel is uniform, and it can better blend with the welding material during welding; Black Steel Angles are suitable for arc welding, gas welding, laser welding and other welding methods, which are convenient for use in different projects and structures.
