Introduction

Mild Steel Unequal Angle is a structural steel with an unequal "L"-shaped cross-section, which is formed from low-carbon steel through hot rolling equipment.

High strength
The angle steel is manufactured using hot rolling technology, which achieves grain recrystallization and refinement at high temperatures, significantly enhancing the tightness and consistency of the metal structure. The yield strength is ≥235 MPa, and the tensile strength ranges from 370 to 480 MPa, meeting the structural performance requirements such as load-bearing and bending resistance.

 

Easy to process
Due to its low carbon characteristics, Mild Steel Unequal Angle has excellent plasticity and ductility and is suitable for conventional cutting, drilling, bending, and other processing methods. The parts still maintain stability and integrity under large deformation conditions.

 

Corrosion resistance
Mild Steel Unequal Angle is heated in a black annealing furnace to form a stable Fe₃O₄ oxide protective layer on the surface, which effectively isolates air and moisture from contact, inhibits rust, and extends the service life of the structure. 

 

High-dimensional accuracy
With the help of precision rolling control technology, the side length and thickness tolerance of the angle steel are stably controlled within ±0.05mm, ensuring that different parts fit closely during construction, with high structural installation accuracy, effectively reducing errors and rework probability.
