Product introduction

2B Finish Stainless Steel Sheet is a cold-rolled stainless steel sheet composed of an iron matrix and 16%-18% chromium, ≤0.6% nickel, and other elements.

Product advantage

Smooth surface
The surface roughness of the product is less than 0.3 microns by using high-precision polished roller cold rolling equipment combined with pickling treatment, making its surface smooth and easy to clean, meeting the strict hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.

High strength
The stainless steel sheet is thinned and strengthened by cold rolling equipment, and its tensile strength can reach 520-750 MPa, ensuring that the material remains stable under mechanical load and is not easy to deform.

Good ductility
After heating in an annealing furnace, the plasticity of the 2B Finish Stainless Steel Sheet is significantly improved, and the elongation rate is about 40%, making it not easy to break during stretching and bending.

High-temperature resistance
Because it contains rich chromium and nickel elements, the oxide protective film formed on the surface of the 2B Finish Stainless Steel Sheet enables it to withstand high temperatures up to 870°C, making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments such as chemical equipment and heat exchangers.
