Galvalume PPGL Steel Coils is a high-performance color-coated steel coil made of a hot-rolled steel coil as the base material, which is treated by hot-dip aluminum-zinc coating and coated with polyester color coating on the surface.
Advantages
Excellent corrosion resistance
Galvalume PPGL Steel Coils uses the alloy coating formed by hot-dip aluminum-zinc coating equipment. Aluminum provides long-lasting oxidation protection, and zinc plays the role of sacrificial anode. The salt spray resistance time can reach more than 1000 hours.
Stable coating adhesion
The high-temperature curing pre-coating polyester process is combined with the roughening treatment of the surface of the Galvalume PPGL Steel Coils base material, and the coating is firmly attached through mechanical bite and chemical bonding.
Excellent processing performance
The base material is made of high-toughness hot-rolled steel, and the thermal stability of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc coating enables the product to maintain good forming in laser cutting, stamping and bending equipment processing, with a tensile strength of 350- 500MPa, a yield rate of more than 98%, and reduced cracks and deformation.
Highly efficient heat reflectivity
The aluminum component makes the surface reflectivity of the steel coils exceed 80%, which effectively reflects sunlight and heat radiation and can reduce the roof surface temperature by 5~10 degrees Celsius in summer, which helps to save energy and reduce emissions.
