Camouflage PPGL Coil is a colorful decorative steel coil based on a continuous hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.
Advantages
Corrosion resistance
Through the continuous hot-dip galvanizing process, a dense and uniform zinc layer is formed on the surface of the product with a thickness of up to 400 g/m2, which effectively prevents oxidation and corrosion.
Good processing performance
The efficient chemical pretreatment process increases the surface activity of the Camouflage PPGL Coil by 30%, enhances the bonding strength between the coating and the steel, and the coating is uniform and has good flexibility, supporting 3D stamping and 180-degree bending processing without cracks and peeling.
Stable weather resistance
The surface coating adopts a fluoropolymer and polyester mixed coating, and the UV resistance is enhanced by 40%, ensuring that the Camouflage PPGL Coil does not fade or powder in an environment of -40℃ to +80℃.
