2B Stainless Steel Coil

430/2B stainless steel is only one of the surface treatment states of 430 stainless steel. 430 stainless steel state is not the same, dirt resistance and corrosion resistance are not the same, there are a total of the following states:

NO.1, 1D, 2D, 2B, N0.4, HL, BA, Mirror and a variety of other surface treatment states.

1D- The surface has discontinuous particles, also known as fog surface. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening + cold rolling + annealing pickling.

2D- A slightly shiny, silvery white color. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening + cold rolling + annealing pickling.

2B- silvery white and better gloss and flatness than 2D surfaces. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening + cold rolling + annealing pickling + tempering rolling.

BA- Excellent surface gloss and high reflectivity, like a mirror surface. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening + cold rolling + annealing pickling + surface polishing + tempered rolling.

No.3- Has a good gloss, the surface is coarse grain. Processing technology: Polishing and tempering rolling with 100~120 grinding material (JIS R6002) for 2D or 2B products.

No.4- Has a good gloss, the surface is fine. Processing technology: Polishing and tempering rolling with 150~180 grinding material (JIS R6002) for 2D or 2B.

HL- Silvery gray and streaked. Processing technology: The 2D product or 2B product is polished with the appropriate particle size of the grinding material to make the surface of the continuous grinding.
