6063 aluminum pipes are a type of aluminum alloy, primarily composed of aluminum, magnesium (0.45%-0.9%), and silicon (0.2%-0.6%). 6063 aluminum has a tensile strength between 205-300 MPa, a yield strength around 170 MPa, and an elongation of 8%-12%, providing a balance between strength and ductility. Its surface is smooth, making it ideal for finishing treatments like anodizing, where it forms a protective oxide layer (typically 10-20 microns thick) that enhances both corrosion resistance.

High Strength
6063 aluminum alloy contains 0.45-0.9% magnesium and 0.2-0.6% silicon, which combine to form magnesium silicide, enhancing the alloy's strength. Its tensile strength is approximately 205-240 MPa, and its yield strength is around 170 MPa.
Corrosion Resistance

Workability
