Methods Of Producing Aluminum Plates

1. Sheet metal processing
This process mainly involves processing the aluminum plate into the shape and size required for construction through cutting, folding, arc bending, welding, grinding and other processes.
2. Spraying the board surface
Spraying is to spray paint on the processed sheet metal. There are two types of spraying, one is manual spraying and the other is machine spraying. Machine spraying is generally only suitable for regular flat plates, but this kind of aluminum veneer is rarely used in actual use. Most domestic manufacturers use manual spraying.
3. Processing and forming
Aluminum curtain wall processing uses high-quality and high-strength aluminum alloy plates. The commonly used thicknesses are 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0MM, the model is 3003, and the status is H24. The maximum size of conventional materials is 1220MM×2440MM. Its structure mainly consists of panels, stiffeners and corner codes. The corner codes can be directly bent and stamped from the panel, or they can be riveted on the small side of the panel. The reinforcing ribs are connected to the welding screws behind the panel to make it a solid whole.
